Step One: Complete Vacuuming of the entire surface.

Using our powerful water-filter vacuum to remove dust, sand, dirt, pet hair & debris from the surface & fibers of the carpet. It is important to remove as much as possible BEFORE washing so that the machine is able to get deep into the fabric.

Step Two: Deep Washing & Rinsing

Then, we wash & rinse the carpet using organic & biodegradable soap. If desired, we can also apply Scotch Guard* to protect the carpet from future stains.

Step Three: Extracting

The most important step of all is removing as much moisture as possible from the carpet, to prevent mold & bacteria growth. Using our system, we guarantee 2 hour drying time if combined with the use of a fan.

Step Four: Air Purifying

On top of all that, the air that passes through the Rainbow System is cleaned & purified, leaving your home smelling fresh & healthy.

Please Note:

Our system can not clean the foam underlay of your carpeted room. Pet urine stains soak into the foam underlay, making it impossible to clean.

We recommend completely replacing the foam underlay before we clean your carpet, or replacing it entirely if you don't think it will look new again.
